Looking for a reliable technician to clean your hotel’s pool? Want to completely renovate your condo association’s pool? Don’t know who to trust to build your community pool?
Here in Southwest Florida pool companies come and go. It’s so easy for anyone to grab a skimmer pole, buy a truck, slap a magnetic sign on it, and call themselves a pool company. But does your association really want someone like this working on your pool? After all, he may or may not even be licensed and it’s not like this is your own personal pool. It’s going to be used by a lot of people! Let’s pretend for a moment that it’s the middle of season here in Fort Myers, your hotel has guests everywhere, and your spa malfunctions? Are you going to depend on “Mr. Fly-by-night” to fix it? Or are you going to call a real professional?
Commercial pool maintenance in Lee & Collier counties
Whether you manage a hotel, home-owner’s association, or a public pool in SWFL, make sure that the company you choose is at least licensed and insured. If they’re not licensed, they shouldn’t be working on your pool. Here at Pool Pros, Inc., we are certified pool/spa contractors and you can verify our license number (CPC052543) at MyFloridaLicense.com. Insurance is especially important for a pool contractor to carry while working on your property. If they don’t have insurance and they get hurt, they may sue your establishment for sustained injuries! Not fair right?
Pool Pros and sister company Aqua Illusions have served business owners and the public since 1991. There is no job too big for us. We are the best when it comes to constructing, remodeling, repairing, or maintaining swimming pools and spas in Lee and Collier counties. We even offer post-storm clean up services in the event your pool is left a complete disaster after a hurricane or thunderstorm, which comforted a lot of pool managers after Hurricane IRMA in 2017. From South Naples all the way up to North Fort Myers, FL, we are happy to serve you.
Commercial Swimming Pool renovations & construction
When it comes to maintaining pools we’re happy to do it. But what gives us the most joy is building and renovating pools and spas. We enjoy the whole process, from the drawing board to the very moment your first guest dips their toes in the water. We especially love hearing the reactions that residents and repeat guests have when they see a newly remodeled pool.
Take for instance this pool that we renovated for the Landings Helm Club in Fort Myers. It is 250 acres of riverfront splendor and boasts an 18 hole executive golf course, 13 lighted Har-Tru courts, competition-sized swimming pool, 18 stocked lakes to fish, landscaped paths plus a private harbor and marina. The homeowner’s association needed a pool company that they could trust, not a fly-by-night contractor. When the project was completed, the association and it’s residents were quite pleased.
First, we had to drain the pool. We did a de-watering system which means that we took slotted pipe and jetted them down 20 feet into the ground to ensure that the concrete pool didn’t float due to the ground water level underneath it. Then we pulled the pavers, saw cut the concrete deck, hand excavated and core drilled the pool every 12 feet, put in new plumbing, and raised the pool beam to ensure that it complied with code. Finally, we installed all new precast coping, LED lights, railings, travertine tile on the inside and outside of the beam, re-leveled the perimeter gutter, permiter cap tile from the gutter and step areas, and installed a wet edge on the gutter and interior surface of the pool.
Why do we bore you with all the technical aspects of this job? Because we’re very detail oriented and we truly care about the needs of our customers. If you hire us for your project, you’ won’t be dealing with amateurs. You’ll be taken care of by Pool Pros!
